All orders are shipped from Nature's The Balm, in Canowindra NSW (2804) with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email. You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safely leave your parcel if you are not at home.

Please note, orders are picked, packed and posted daily excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped on the same day.
